The YRD-100 type drive shaft balancing machine is a special balancing machine for checking the dynamic balance of the automobile drive shaft. It has three models of A, B and D.
The A- type machine has three supporting frames, which can realize two-sided or three-sided verification of the transmission shaft. The three-point center frame on the middle swing frame of the machine is used for balancing the double transmission shaft. By adjusting the three supporting screws and combining with the "centering V-plate", the middle bearing can be firmly supported and centered to meet the requirements of dynamic balance. The transmission head on the right swing frame can be axially expanded and contracted by using the operating handle. The unbalance and phase angle position of the left, middle and right correction surfaces can be automatically measured and memorized.
Type B machine has two support frames, the weight range of the measured transmission shaft workpiece is large, the right support frame is fixed by the pneumatic mechanism to lock or loosen, the operation is simple;
D type machine is a special four swing frame, that is, three shaft tube assembly shaft balance and development and design of special balancing machine.
