YFW-5000/YFW-6000 type impeller rotor balancing machine is a special balancing machine designed for large and medium-sized fan manufacturing enterprises. It was designed by Mr. Zhao Xiliang, the designer of the first YFW series balancing machine in China and the current director of our factory, with many years of experience in fan balancing and extensive collection of user opinions.
YFW-5000/YFW-6000 type impeller rotor balancing machine is a special balancing machine designed for large and medium-sized fan manufacturing enterprises. This machine has the characteristics of large workpiece rotation diameter and large drag torque, and is more flexible and practical in the configuration of the whole machine. The whole machine base and the split machine base can be selected by the user according to the production capacity and process conditions of the enterprise, so as to meet the requirements of different users. YFW-5000/YFW-6000 type fan rotor balancing machine has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity, large diameter of balanced rotor (up to 2500mm and 3000mm), low balance speed and stepless speed regulation. At the same time, the machine design can also adopt a separate frame structure, and the height of the front and support frame is low, which reduces the center of gravity of balanced rotor, thus greatly improving the stability and safety of the whole machine.
